有阀气动凿岩机的试验研究

摘    要:建立了气动凿岩机试验台,对有阀气动凿岩机模型作了试验研究,通过试验分析了有阀气动凿岩机的动力图和打击点位置对有阀气动凿岩机性能的影响,得出了冲击能量和输出功率随前腔气垫厚度的减小而减小的结论。

Abstract:After making valved pneumatic rock drill model and setting up pneumatic rock drill test-bed, test research is made for valved pneumatic rock drill model. After testing the dynamic plan of valved pneumatic rock drill model and influence of the stroke position on the property of valved pneumatic rock drill are analyzed. The conclusion that the impact energy and output power reduce with reduction of front chamber air cushion thickness are obtained.
