| 摘 要： | 网络教学资源库是实施网络教育的基础。本文提出了构建网络教学资源库的技术构架,然后与具体资源库的实践相结合阐述了多媒体网络资源库应具备的功能,并对构建多媒体网络资源库的主要技术作了进一步的分析与阐述。
