| 摘 要： | 通过对某车型后背门外板在成形过程中表面存在冲击线的问题,分析了冲击线产生的具体原因及消除方法,从而提升覆盖件的表面质量,避免了返工返修,通过对该问题的研究,能对从事汽车冲模设计及现场调试的工程技术人员提供一定的参考。
