带环形内凹槽抽芯机构的注射模设计

摘    要:分析了90°弯管接头的结构特点,设计了一副带环形内凹槽抽芯机构的注射模,模具采用2组滑瓣以不同角度在基座上滑动,同时相对于塑件不产生轴向运动,而是以不同速度作径向运动,实现了塑件环形内凹槽的抽芯。经生产验证,模具运行可靠,生产效率较高。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the structural characteristic of a 90°elbow coupling, an injection mould with a mechanism of inner annular groove for core-pulling was designed in which two groups of sliding pieces moving in the base in different angles. The sliding pieces move in radial direction in different speeds, without axially moving relative to the plastic part. As a result, the core-pulling of the inner groove is achieved.
