国内外新型浆槽的比较

总结当前国内外浆纱机浆槽性能特点。介绍了几种典型浆槽的浸压形式、浸压次数和浸浆长度、压浆力,浆槽容积和加热方式以及出浆槽的引纱路线、湿分绞棒的安放位置,并进行了对比分析。认为:以多浸多压、横向加压、竖直引纱直上高架烘筒的高压浆槽最具优势。指出:新型浆槽应从适应新型浆料及"两高一低"上浆工艺,适应预湿上浆,对浆液浓度进行监控,适应多品种生产,便利操作,减少部件和降低投资费用等方面入手,以求得改进和发展。

Contrast of New Size Box at Home and Abroad
