摘    要:针对目前煤矿电网普遍存在的越级跳闸问题,在分析了煤矿井下高压电网系统的基础上,提出一种基于GPS校时系统的全光纤网络的纵联电流差动保护的防越级跳闸监控系统。该系统可以实现全电网的数据同步对时和采样、实现故障信息数据的信息共享;可以有效地区分区内外故障,可以快速、选择性的切除故障线路,避免了煤矿井下高压电网由于越级跳闸而导致的大面积停电事故的发生。

Abstract:Currently,the override trip problems commonly exist in coal mine power system.So the underground coal mine high voltage power systems are analyzed.One anti-override trip monitoring system of fiber longitudinal current differential protection is proposed based on GPS adjusting system.The system can realize sampling and full power data synchronization,realizes fault information data’s information share.The inside and outside fault can effectively differentiates and also can quickly cut fault line selectively.It avoids large-scale power failure accidents because of override trip at underground coal mine.
