胶辊胶圈的合理选择与使用

为更好地发挥胶辊胶圈在纺纱中的作用,针对实际使用中存在的各类问题,分析论述解决的途径与方法。指出:应根据产品档次及用途正确选用胶辊硬度与前后胶辊直径,合理搭配使用上下胶圈,注意解决好胶辊缠绕、牵伸不开、胶圈中凹、夹下胶圈、后牵伸区须条打弯等问题,严格遵循胶辊制作工艺规程,认真做好胶辊轴承选用、胶辊磨砺及涂料涂覆工艺等各项工作,从而更好地发挥胶辊胶圈的作用,促进成纱质量的提高。

Rational Selection and Application of Rubber-covered Roll and Apron

To develop rubber-covered roll function in spinning fully,according to problems existing in practical application,solutions and methods were analyzed and summarized.It is pointed out that rubber-covered roll hardness and diameter should be selected according to product grade and usage correctly.Up apron and down apron should be matched rationally.Problems in production should be saluted well,such as winding rubber-covered roll,not easy to be draft,rubber-covered roll concave,clipping apron and fiber curve in back zone.Rubber-covered roll processing should be followed strictly.Rubber-covered roll bear selection,rubber-covered roll grinding and paint covering should be done well.Finally rubber-covered roll function can be used fully,yarn quality can be improved.
