降低粗纱重量不匀率的实践

为降低粗纱重量不匀率及提高其合格率,分析了影响粗纱重量不匀率的因素,即棉卷、生条、精梳条、熟条的重量不匀率,粗纱的张力差异以及各工序的机械状态、工艺配置和值车工的操作规范等,通过对以上各影响因素逐一实施相关的措施,最终使粗纱重量不匀率的合格率由攻关前81.8％提高到89.0％,成纱百米重量CV也明显下降.

Practice of Reducing Roving Weight Unevenness per Unit

To reduce roving weight unevenness and improve its pass rate,factors of effecting roving weight unevenness were analyzed,including unevenness of lap,card sliver,combed sliver,draw sliver,roving tension unevenness,mechanical states in each process,processing configuration,operation et al.Related measures were adopted according to the above factors.Finally roving unevenness pass rate can be improved from 81.8% to 89.0%,weight CV per hundred meter can be reduced obviously.
