基于Plant Simulation的模具车间再调度驱动机制仿真

摘    要:针对模具在随机制造环境下难以确定何时启动再调度策略的问题,提出了一种基于累积延期的再调度混合驱动机制。通过对工序累积延期值的计算,构建了何时启动再调度的流程。面向模具三阶段柔性流水车间,利用Plant Simulation仿真工具,建立了再调度混合驱动机制仿真模型。以某轮胎模具企业实际生产历史数据作为算例,验证了所提出的再调度混合驱动机制的有效性。

Abstract:A re-scheduling hybrid drive system based on cumulative delay was proposed in view of the uncertainty in determining when to start re-scheduling strategy in stochastic manufacturing environment of mould. A when-to-rescheduling process was built by calculating cumulative delay and a simulation model of when-to-reschedule was established with Plant Simulation facing the three stages of flexible flow shop for mould.
