| 摘 要： | 介绍了胜利一号露天煤矿露天运煤的带式输送机在布置倾角、模拟摩擦因数、驱动方式、拉紧装置和制动器、滚筒、托辊、清扫器、输送带、钢结构材料选择等方面为适应严寒环境而采取的防严寒措施。实践证明,所采取的措施可保证输送机在严寒环境下运行。

| Abstract: | The conveyor belt has to adapt the bitter cold environment at No.1 Shengli open coal mine,so the anti-bitter cold measures are putting forward.The scope includes layout obliquity,simulating friction coefficient,drive method,tension devices,brake,pulley,idler,sweeper,conveyor belt,material choice of structure steel.The practical operation proves that these measures will ensure the conveyor operates in bitter-coal environment. |
