| 摘 要： | 根据塑料内套的结构特点,介绍了注射模的设计过程,采用斜导柱与哈夫滑块配合的侧向抽芯结构,解决了注射成型后塑件侧槽的脱模问题。经批量生产验证:模具结构设计合理,生产的塑件满足质量要求。

| Abstract: | An injection mould was developed for a plastic internal sleeve based on its structural features and the design process was presented. An integrated angle pin and haft-slide matched mechanism was used as side core-pulling mechanism for the demolding of side groove. |
