摘    要:针对立井多绳摩擦式提升机原定重装载系统存在的问题,采用PLC可编程控制器实现定量斗扇形门的控制,对井下装载系统的定时、定重装载进行技术改造,实现了定重装载自动化,消除了提升机定重装载系统超载造成的隐患,确保煤矿安全提升。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in original loading system of shaft multi-rope friction hoist,uses PLC to achieve quantitative control of fan-shaped gate.The timing and fixed weight load system are being transformed,which realize automatically fixed weight load,eliminate the hidden problems of over load in hoist’s fixed weight loading system.This ensures safety hoist at coal mine.
