高压电动机在线状态监测与故障诊断技术探讨

以潘一东区矿建项目部压风机房所安装的高压电动机为研究对象,介绍高压电动机状态监测与故障诊断技术的原理、方法,特别对转子断条故障、电动机偏心故障以及匝间短路故障的诊断方法从理论上进行阐述,提出了在尽量不增加硬件的情况下,以电流监测为主,通过频谱分析的方法在线诊断电动机故障。

Discussion on On-Line Condition Monitor and Fault Diagnosis Technology of High Voltage Motor

Takes the high voltage motor of compressor house as research object at Panyidong coal mine construction projection department,the principle and methods of high voltage motor condition monitor and fault diagnosis technology are introduced,especially discusses the rotor broken fault,the center of an eccentric motor and inter-turn short circuit fault diagnosis methods.Proposes the methods that spectral analysis to monitor motor fault on-line,mainly depends on current monitor under the minimum hardware consumption.
