带式输送机多功能显示仪的设计探讨

分析了带式输送机使用检测仪表和显示的优缺点,提出了一种新的设计方案。该设计采用TMS320LF2407 DSP芯片作为主处理芯片,共有键盘处理模块,显示模块,4～20 mA采样模块以及温度采样模块共4个功能模块,采用CAN总线实现数据交换。这种多功能显示仪能实时采集拉线,跑偏,速度和温度信号,不仅扩展了Modbus通信接口,而且通过通信接口与带式输送机电控系统通信,实现各参数和状态的显示,具有结构简单,功能强大等特点。

Design and Discussion of Belt Conveyor Multi- Function Display Instrument

The advantages and disadvantages of belt conveyor display device are analyzed.The new design proposal is given out.Takes TMS320LF2407 DSP as the processing chip,this design has four function modules,keyboard process module,display module,4～20 mA sampling module and temperature sampling module.This device has Modbus communication interface,which can real-time collecting wire,deviation,speed and temperature signal.It does not only expand Modbus communication interface,but also display various parameters and condition by communication between interface and electrical control system.The structure is more simple,the function is multiple also.
