摘    要:针对汽车管路检具CAD设计过程中UG无法识别数模文件特征标识的问题,采用三维直线拟合以及空间直线求交点等方法,获得精确的管路控制点,用UG/Open API及MFC技术开发出管路自动生成系统,系统采用OBDC与数据库文件进行交互,方便存储管路属性,为生成实际的汽车管路提供快捷简便的途征。

Abstract:In view of the characteristic mark of digital model files can not be recognized by UG in the CAD design process for automobile pipeline checking fixture, methods such as three-dimensional linear fitting and determination of space line intersection point were adopted to obtain the accurate pipeline control points. UG/Open API and MFC techniques were both applied to develop an automatic pipeline generation system. The system adopts ODBC to interact with database file, which is convenient for the storage of pipeline property and provides a rapid and simple way for the actual generation of automotive pipeline.
