| 摘 要： | 以某汽车仪表板的左下护板为研究对象,用Moldflow Plastic Insight软件对塑件成型的保压曲线和塑件的修模方案进行优化,根据计算机辅助分析结果,对成型工艺和模具进行相应的修改。实际注射成型效果表明,改进后的成型工艺和模具结构对塑件的翘曲变形有明显的改善作用,塑件质量达到设计要求。
