| 摘 要： | 工件几何尺寸偏大是机械维修和加工中的难题。介绍了利用CA6140车床改装成可拆卸马鞍车床的具体方法，对CA6140车床改装方式、改装过程和改装注意事项进行了研究。实践证明：改装之后的车床完全能满足加工要求，保证加工质量，是一种行之有效的改装方案。

| Abstract: | the larger geometric size of the workpiece is a difficult problem in mechanical maintenance and processing.The specific method to change the CA6140 lathe to detachable saddle lathe was introduced,and the modification method,modification process and the modification nodes of CA6140 were studied.Proved in practice,the modified lathe can satisfy the processing requirement and guarantee the processing quality.So this is an effective modification plan. |
