| 摘 要： | 针对液压支架立柱、千斤顶关键零部件锻造工艺存在的问题,根据多年来从事液压支架制造的实践经验,结合工厂生产实际情况,提出了胎模锻、翻边锻、自由锻、弯曲等多项改进措施,为工厂液压支架批量化、系列化制造积累了经验。

| Abstract: | According to the existing problems of hydraulic support post and jack key components,and the experience of hydraulic support post manufacture,then combined with actual production of factory,the improve measures are proposed including tire forging,turning while forging,free forging and bending,which provides accumulated experience of mass serialization manufacture. |
