新型精梳机在不断创新中发展

探讨精梳机创新发展的方向。回顾了半个世纪以来我国精梳机从无到有以及创新发展的历史,分析了我国新型精梳机的技术创新特点以及今后研发的重点和方向。指出:当前我国新型精梳机整体水平已达到国际先进水平,在促进精梳产品比例的提升、提高附加值、增强经济效益方面做出了贡献。速度高、配台少,用棉量低,综合质量好,适纺性强,机电一体化水平高是新型精梳机今后研发的重点和方向。应注意把握精梳机研发工作的特点和规律,促进新型精梳机的创新与健康发展。

Innovation and Development of New Comber

Innovation and development of comber was discussed.Development history of domestic comber from nothing was reviewed,technology innovations of domestic new comber were analyzed as well as emphasis and direction of further research.It is pointed out overall level of domestic comber is reaching international level.There are outstanding contributions in boosting combed product ratio,increasing value-added and strengthening economic.Higher speed,less cotton consumption,better quality,stronger spinnability and higher mechatronics level new comber should be emphased and researched in the future.Features and rules of developing comber should be grasped well to boost innovation and development of new comber.
