CuPc/Y分子制备与性能的研究

摘    要:用固体凝胶法制备了CuPc/Y分子筛,考究了合成条件对制备的影响。用ICP,TG-DTA,SEM,FT-IR,UV-VIS及催化反应等对其性能了表征。结果表明,在无定形硅铝凝胶中,铜酞菁经过水热晶化后,85%的金属配合物被封装在Y型分子筛的超笼中,高于文献所报道的数值。

Abstract:CuPc/Y zeolite was prepared by using solid gel, CuPc being encapsulated into supercages of zeolite Y Effects of crystallization conditions of zeolite Y synthesized on CuPc/Y characteristics were investigated CuPc/Y zeolite was characterized by ICP, TG DTA, SEM, FT IR, UV VIS and catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane in the presence of hydrogen peroxide The results show that 85% of copper complex in amorphous silica alumina gel can be encapsulated in NaY supercages after hydrothermal crystallization CuPc encapsulated in zeolite NaY has higher catalytic activity in cyclohexane oxidation than the neat CuPc
