摘    要:研究了不同形态的TiO2和不同硅钛比的TS-1分子筛在催化丙烯环氧化反应中的作用,分别用XRD、UV-VIS对它们的结构与形态进行了表征。结果表明,无定型或高分散TiO2粒子能够促进H2O2分解,对丙烯环氧化非常不利;结晶完好的锐钛矿型与金红石型TiO2对反应无影响,通过对非骨架钛物种物化性能的研究,进一步揭示了TS-1分子筛中所包含的非骨架钛物种的存在形态及其对丙烯环氧化反应的影响。

Abstract:The effects of titanium dioxide with different form and TS 1 zeolite of different n (SiO 2) / n (TiO 2) on epoxidation of propylene were studied.XRD and UV VIS spectra were used to study the structure and morphology of the samples.Amorphous or highly dispersed titanium dioxide can accelerate the decomposition of H 2O 2 and reduce the efficiency of H 2O 2. Anatase and rutile with high crystallinity are inactive to the decomposition of H 2O 2.According to this study,the form of extra framework titanium species and its effect on epoxidation of propylene were revealed.
