| 摘 要： | 汉字灯箱铝板数控剪齿机是用来生产新型的槽型字的专用机器，生产槽型字的主要材料为铝卷材，故在生产之前需要展开铝卷材并对其进行矫直整平。因此在整个机器的设计中，矫直机构的设计是关键的一步，其对剪出的铝板质量有至关重要的影响。

| Abstract: | The automatic aluminium - coil notcher for channel - letter processing is a special machine for producing channel - letter. Aluminium - coil is the major material for channel - letter product, so the aluminium - coil needs to be unfolded and straightened. So that the design of straightening mechanism is a pivotal step, for it influences the quality of cut aluminum - sheet greatly. |
