金莲花中总黄酮提取工艺的优化

摘    要:以黄酮提取率为指标,采用正交实验的方法,对超声波辅助提取和回流提取金莲花中总黄酮的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,超声波提取法的优化工艺条件为:以φ(EtOH)=80%的水溶液为提取液,m(金莲花):m(提取液)=1:40,超声提取时间1h,该条件下,金莲花总黄酮提取率为6.21%(n=3);回流提取法的优化工艺条件为:以φ(EtOH)=50%的水溶液为提取液,m(金莲花):m(提取液)=1:40,提取温度60℃,提取时间3h,该条件下,金莲花总黄酮提取率为6.51%(n=3)。方差分析表明,金莲花与提取液质量比对超声波提取影响显著;乙醇体积分数对回流提取影响显著。

Abstract:The optimal technology condition for extracting total flavonoids from Trollius Chinensis Bunge with the ultrasonic assisted extraction and refluxing extraction was investigated using the extraction rate of flavonoid as indexes through the orthogonal design test.The results showed that the optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction were as follows:Trollius Chinensis Bunge was extracted with 40 times in mass of ethanol φ(EtOH)=80%] refluxed at 1 h to give flavonoids in the extraction rate of 6.21%(n=3).The condition of optimization for refluxing extraction was that Trollius Chinensis Bunge was extracted refluxed with 40 times in mass of ethanol φ(EtOH)=50%] refluxed at 60 ℃ for 3 h to give flavonoids in the extraction rate of 6.51%(n=3).In addition,the anova analysis showed that the mass ratio of Trollius Chinensis Bunge to the extraction agent had a significant effect on the ultrasonic extraction,so did the volume fraction of ethanol on refluxing extraction.
