低浓度SO_2冶炼烟气液相催化气化初步扩大实验研究

摘    要:在单层塔板泡沫吸收塔中对 SO_2液相催化氧化进行了初步扩大实验研究,当SO_2净化效率(单板效率)为50%时,得到10%(wt)H_2SO_4;硫酸生或速率为1.8%/h;SO_2吸收最佳液气比≤5 l/Nm~3;添加表面活性剂及鼓氧操作对 SO_2液相催化氧化有明显促进作用;冶炼烟气 SO_2浓度波动对吸收效率影响不大.实验结果表明,该法具有明显的环境,经济效益.

Abstract:Additional experiments of catalytic oxidation of SO_2 in aqueous solution have been carried out at a smelting plant in a foam tower containing one seive-plate.16%(wt.)H_2SO_4 has been obtained while the absorption efficiency of SO_2 is above 50%.Producing rate of H_2SO_4 is about 1.8%(wt.)h~(-1)The best rate of solution and gases is around 5 l/Nm~3.Addition of Al_2(SO_4)_3 and O_2 in the solution improves the absorption process.The change of SO_2 concentration has small effect on the absorption efficiency.The results show that this newly developed process has promissing environmenta and economicol advantages.
