| Abstract: | The flakes of deinked pulps from different parts of the 80 t/d and 250 t/d ONP/OMG deinking lines in Guangzhou Paper Mill were measured. The theoretical cleaning efficiency and actual cleaning rate were recommended for the evaluation of the deinking processes. The theoretical cleaning efficiency and actual cleaning rate at different stages of the 80 t/d and 250 t/d ONP/OMG deinking lines in Guangzhou Paper Mill were calculated and used for the evaluation of the deinking processes. The results show that the effect of repulper flotation cell and the slot width of the fine screen on the theoretical cleaning efficiency and actual cleaning rate are very important. |
