摘    要:对天津钢管公司100t钢包吹氩搅拌进行水模拟实验,研究钢液在不同吹氩方式和吹氩流量下的最佳混匀时间。通过实验,发现原型钢包吹氩位置和吹氩流量不尽合理,实验后确定合理的吹氩参数是:将吹氩孔设在钢包半径的2/3或0.618处;两吹氩孔间夹角为135°;吹氩流量为150—200L/h(即实际流量为100~130L/min)。

Abstract:Water simulation of 100t ladle in Tianjin pipe corporation has been done. The best mixing time has been investigated for different gas bubbling pattern and flow rate. It was found that the positions of the holes and gas flow rate were unreasonable. The reasonable argon blowing process was determined by optimizing experiments: the holes were at the position of 2/3R or 0. 618R with the angle 135°, and the gas flux was controlled to 150 -200L/h(equivalent to 100 - 130 L/min in actual ladle)
