滑块中途转动长距离抽芯压铸模

摘    要:根据铸件形状特点,若在动模内取出铸件,需长距离抽芯,故设计了滑块中途自行转动机构。该机构利用齿轮使齿条先做平移抽拔,可转滑块在抽离铸件后,因碰到支架的一角而转动,实现让位。分析了铸件工艺性,论述了模具工作原理。模具工作可靠,生产效率高,成形工件满足质量要求。

Abstract:If the casting is taken out from the moving die, long distance core pulling is needed according to the shape of the casting, so the mechanism of the sliding block which rotates midway was designed. This mechanism makes the rack pull flatly using the gear, and the rotating sliding block rotates because of touching a comer of the plank, after the sliding block pulls away from the casting, which moves over. The casting technical trait was analyzed and the working principle was discussed. The mould works reliably, the working efficiency is high, and the casting meets the quality request.
