CO_2作输送介质的煤粉高压密相输送实验研究

摘    要:利用CO2作输送介质进行了干煤粉加压密相输送实验,研究输送管道中物料的流动状况、总输送差压和补充风流量变化对输送特性的影响以及输送水平管中的阻力特性。研究结果表明,以CO2为输送介质的煤粉密相加压输送系统可以稳定、可控运行;补充风流量增大时,煤粉速率通量逐渐减小,表观气速逐渐增大;在相同的表观气速下,压降随着固气比和煤粉速率通量的增大而升高。此外,得到了CO2作输送介质的水平管压降的回归公式,预测值与实验值符合较好。

Abstract:Based on the experiment of dense phase pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal at high pressure using carbon dioxide as carrier, it was investigated in this paper about flow conditions in pipes, influences of total conveying pressure drop and supplementary flow rate on conveying characteristics, and resistance characteristics in the horizontal pipe.
