某铅锌矿浮选尾矿综合利用研究

摘    要:针对某铅锌尾矿中锌含量较高,脉石矿物石英、白云石含量较高的特点,分别进行了再磨—浮选回收有价元素锌的技术研究和尾矿作水泥混合料、混凝土集料、砌块砖集料的建材化利用技术研究。结果表明,通过再磨-浮选可有效回收该尾矿中的有价元素锌;建材化利用技术研究结果表明,该尾矿是一种良好的砌块砖细集料,也可作水泥混合料,但作混凝土细集料较为困难。

Abstract:Based on the chemical and mineralogical characteristics of the tailings from a lead-and-zinc mine containing relatively high level of quartz and dolomite,studies were carried out for recovering valuable element of zinc by a regrinding-flotation process and for utilizing the tailings as raw material for cement-mixture,concrete aggregate and block brick aggregate respectively.The results show that the zinc minerals in the tailings can be recovered effectively and the tailings may be utilized as raw material not only for brick-making,but also for cement-mixture.However,it is rather difficult to use the tailings as raw material for fine concrete aggregate.
