摘    要:利用Fe4.3Co68.2Si12.5B15非晶丝的巨磁阻抗效应(giant magneto-impedance GMI),设计制作出一种新型的磁敏传感器,以满足在信息、测量和控制设备快速发展过程中对磁敏传感器小型化、低价、高灵敏度、快速反应的要求.介绍了巨磁阻抗效应,非晶材料特性,传感器的电路设计和传感器性能测试.

Abstract:By using the giant magneto impedance effect GMI of amorphous wire Fe4.3Co68.2Si,2.s B,s a new kind of magnetic sensor is designed. It can satisfy the urgent need of magnetic sensor with its mini size low price high sensitivity and rapid response in the fast development of information technology measure and control device. Giant magneto impedance effect the character istic of amorphous materials circuit design and capability test of sensor are introduced in this pa per.
