摘    要: 面内压缩性能是表征材料的重要方面。而对于面内压缩来说,为了保证试验的有效性和准确性,需要保证载荷的偏心率在一定范围内。讨论了针对纤维增强塑料面内压缩设计的数字测量系统。为了达到测量和控制精度,应用了特制夹具、专门的AD620 仪表放大器和高精度快速数据采集板AMPCI-9101,来保证传力的准确性和测量的准确性,并且编写特殊的软件。依据操作流程进行试验,使得偏心率小于0.1,达到了良好的效果。
