摘    要: 依据GB/T 528-2009《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》,测定了聚氨酯弹性体的拉伸强度,系统地分析了该法测量结果的不确定度来源并对其进行了评定.对拉伸强度测量不确定度进行了分析和量化。当聚氨酯弹性体的拉伸强度为49.2 MPa时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为1.12 MPa。

Abstract:According to the test method GB/T 528-2009 Rubber,vulcanized or thermoplastic-determination of tensile stress-strain properties,tensile strength of the polyurethane elastomer were determined.The main sources of uncertainty resulted from the determination process were discussed and calculated.The expanded standard uncertainty of tensile strength determination was 1.12 MPa when the tensile strength was 49.2 MPa.
