摘    要:直驱式大功率A/C轴双摆角铣头中C轴采用两个力矩电机并联的方式来传递扭矩,因此C轴长度较大,其传动件承受较大的扭矩。用有限元方法分析了C轴转动时传动件的扭转变形,以及C轴锁紧时壳体的径向变形和扭转变形。发现隔套是C轴扭转刚度最薄弱的环节,要提高C轴传动部件的扭转刚度,可根据结构设计缩短隔套长度或增加其外径。该计算可以为该类型铣头的设计和改进提供技术支持。
