制氢转化炉炉管失效分析

摘    要:针对制氢转化炉炉管多次开裂失效的情况,进行了宏观分析、化学分析以及金相分析.结果表明,高温操作及短时局部过热是炉管发生高温蠕变失效的直接原因,而氢损伤加速了转化炉炉管的脆化.加强平稳操作,尽可能减少紧急开停工次数可减少上述失效事例的发生.

Abstract:The macro, chemical and metallographic analysis have been performed on the cracking failures of reformer tube for hydrogen generation. The results show that operating at the high temperature and local temperature overrun are the direct causes for the high temperature creep failures of the reforme tubes, while hydrogen attack accelerates the embattlement of the reformer tubes. Strengthened stable operation and reduced emergency shutdown of the furnace can reduce the occurrence of the failures.
