保护层一次开挖爆破技术在龙华口枢纽工程的应用

摘    要:水电工程基岩保护层开挖按常规施工方法,需进行分层开挖,并根据岩石情况,留有一定的撬挖层。这种开挖方式很难适应大、中型水电工程任务重,工期紧的特点,极大地影响着工程进度。随着新型爆破材料的发展,爆破技术的不断提高,保护层开挖方式有了改进和突破。借鉴其他工程经验,在龙华口枢纽工程坝基保护层开挖施工中,根据其地质条件,采用一次性爆破开挖技术并获得成功,文中叙述了龙华口工程施工经验。

Abstract:According to conventional construction method,the protection layer of rock foundation in hydraulic and hydroelectric project ought to be blasted by layers,and according to the rock circumstances,certain rock broaching layer must be retaied.But using this method to excavate rock is difficult to adapt the large and middle sized hydraulic projects' features including heavy consteuction task and urgent construction period,so that extremely influences project progress.In pace with the development of new blast material and the unceasing enhancement of blast technique,the improvement and breakthrough on exacavation method of protection layer have been obtained.By drawing references from other project's experiences,and on the basis of concrete geologic conditions,the technique to blast protection layer at once is used in Longhuakou's dam foundation project,and the success is gained.In this paper,the construction experience of Longhuakou Project is put forward.
