纤维稳定剂对排水沥青混合料水稳定性的影响

摘    要:聚酯纤维和木质素纤维这2种稳定剂常用于排水沥青混合料以提高其高温稳定性能。该文对比分析了掺加聚酯纤维和木质素纤维的OGFC-13沥青混合料的水稳定性能,通过浸水时间不同的马歇尔稳定度和循环次数不同的劈裂强度试验,得出排水沥青混合料OGFC-13的残留稳定度和冻融循环劈裂强度比的变化趋势。同时比较了2种纤维的标准飞散损失和浸水飞散损失。结果表明,在马歇尔残留稳定度、冻融循环劈裂强度和飞散损失的水稳定性试验中,掺聚酯纤维和木质素纤维的OGFC-13沥青混合料表现出不同的性能,不能笼统地说明哪种纤维改性排水沥青混合料性能的优劣。

Abstract:Polyester and cellulose were used in porous mixtures for promoting the high temperature stability property.In this research,moisture susceptibility of porous mixtures containing polyester and cellulose were compared and analyzed,tests were conducted by the Marshall stability of different immerging time at 60 ℃ and the indirect tensile strength using various freeze-thaw cycles to obtain the retained Marshall stability and tensile strength ratio(TSR).Standard cantabro loss test and immersion cantabro loss test were also conducted to evaluate the effect of the two kinds of fibers on porous mixtures.The results show that OGFC-13 containing polyester and cellulose exhibit different tendency for moisture susceptibility based upon retained Marshall stability,tensile strength ratio and cantabro loss tests,conclusion from all the tests can not be obtained that which fiber is better for the moisture susceptibility of porous asphalt mixtures.
