Design of Blanking Die for Mini-bus Bushing without Lapping |

Abstract: | blanking process has been chosen for stock layout without lapping through analysis to the parameter of bushing so as to increase the utility rate of material from 86% to 100%. Cutting force is only 43% of that for lapping. Characteristics of die are presented, which is simple in structure and easy for manufacturing. |
