摘    要:为防治水土流失,改善人居环境,推进经济社会发展,在分析鹤毛河小流域土地利用现状、水土流失情况等基础上,对流域水土流失分布区域采取拦沙坝、河道护岸、村庄人居环境改善等典型治理措施,并利用林草措施及封育治理有机结合的措施,有效防治了水土流失,改善了生态环境,实现流域内水土保持措施效益最大化。

Abstract:In order to prevent and control soil and water erosion, improve the living environment, and promote economic and social development, after analyzing the current land use and soil and water erosion situation in the Hema River small watershed, typical management measures such as sediment control dams, riverbank protection, and improvement of village living environments have been implemented in the distribution areas of soil and water erosion. Additionally, an integrated approach combining afforestation and grass measures has been employed. These measures effectively prevent soil and water erosion, improve the ecological environment, and achieve the maximization of benefits from watershed soil and water conservation measures.
