石英砂粒度对玻璃熔制的影响

摘    要:本文通过对两种不同颗粒度配比石英砂的熔制结果分析,进行了熔块的气泡试验以及高温观察熔制气泡试验等研究。同时结合生产线实际应用切换石英砂期间,窑炉池底温度波动、玻璃条纹变化,进一步得出石英砂粒度波动对玻璃熔制效果在一定条件下,粒度较小更易使玻璃熔制,而且保持粒度波动稳定性更易保证生产线玻璃的熔制质量。

Abstract:In this paper,through the analysis of the melting results of two kinds of quartz sand with different particle size ratio,the bubble test of the frit and the bubble test of melting at high temperature are studied.At the same time,combined with the actual application of the production line during the switching of quartz sand,the temperature fluctuation at the bottom of the furnace and the change of glass stripes,it is further concluded that under certain conditions,the impact of the fluctuation of quartz sand particle size on the glass melting effect is that the smaller particle size is easier to make the glass melting,while maintaining the particle size wave stability is easier to ensure the glass melting quality of the production line.
