摘    要:本文介绍了等离子系统工作的基本原理及系统构成,分析了等离子枪使用过程中能源介质和用电量的消耗,以及对中间包耐火材料的影响,最终找出枪体功率和枪位高度的最佳匹配关系等.利用等离子枪初步实现了特殊钢种的低温恒温浇注,铸坯晶粒细化效果明显.

Abstract:The article introduces the working principle and the main instrument of the plasma system. By analyzing the consumption of energy medium and electricity, as well as effect on tundish refractory, we finally find out the best matching of plasma power with the gap between the spear head and level of melten steel. Some special steel grade can be cast at constant low temperature, and crystal structure of slab become thinner and more homogeneous.
