探讨了利用水溶性聚乙稀醇 (PVA)纤维所纺单纱与全毛单纱并合加捻成股纱形式进行织造 ,再通过后整理将PVA单纱溶掉 ,得到符合要求的全毛高支轻薄型单经单纬产品的工艺方法

Exploitation of Light Worsted Fabric with High Count Single Yarn

It has always been a main problem for worsted manufacturer to process and develop single yarn fabrics. Many efforts have been attempted but difficulties still remained particularly to weave pure wool products which the single yarn count is above 40/1 Nm. In this paper we present new way to produce the single yarn wool products in which we have the single yarn made from water soluble fibre-PVA fibre assembled and twisted with pure wool single yarn to form two components yarn. The weaving efficiency can be much improved in this way. In finishing the PVA yarn can be dissolved and the pure wool single yarn fabric is obtained. In practicing we have found that this technique is suitable for processing single yarn worsted fabrics.
