Knowledge can give an increasingly-obvious impetus to nowday econorny development.Knowledge capital is one of originally-inherented productive factors of a firm in knowledge economy era, and firm marginal profit space has been extended obviously with increasing knowledge capital.In the knowledge era, firm property is further immaterialized and innovation has been the internal drive for its sustainable development.It is, therefore, necessary for China′s firms to convert themselves from an economy-oriented corperation to a leaning-oriented corperation, increase their R &D inputs, intensify management of their non-visible properties and built up their information systems.
