低品位铌精矿二步电炉熔炼Nb-Fe合金

摘    要:采用含碳冷固结球团--- 二步电炉熔炼工艺对包头中贫氧化矿浮选铌精矿进行了熔炼试验研究。第一步可实现脱铁、磷、硫, 得到富铌渣;第二步再经电炉还原, 得到合格的铌铁合金。温度、碱度和还原剂是影响铌熔炼的主要因素。对于含Nb2O5 1.16%, Fe 45.68 %及P 0.32%的原料, 经所制定的工艺熔炼, 可得到含Nb ≥10%, Nb/P ≥10的铌铁合金, 全流程铌的收率达到75 %。

Abstract:A smelting test of niobium concentrate from Baotuo low and medium grade oxidized ore flotation operation was carried out by the two stage electric furnace process for smelting cold consolidated pellets containing carbon. In its 1st stage, iron, phosphorus and sulfur removals could be achieved, obtaining Nb enriched residue; and in its 2nd stage, the Nb enriched residue was reduced in an electric furnace, obtaining qualified Nb Fe alloy. In the process, temperature, alkalinity and reductant are primary factors affecting Nb smelting. Raw material containing 1 16% Nb 2O 5, 45 68% Fe and 0 32% P is smelted by the process, obtaining Nb Fe alloy containing 10% Nb or more and an overall recovery of 75% Nb.
