基于ITIL的企业IT服务管理模型

摘    要:随着企业信息化建设的不断应用及推广,如何做好IT服务管理,实现IT资源的合理调配及使用,更好地管理维护现有信息系统,保证系统稳定高效运行,为企业提供更好地服务开始成为关注的重点。本文介绍了IT服务管理的重要性,ITIL的概念以及使用情况,并对基于ITIL的企业IT服务管理模型进行了探讨。

Abstract:With the application and popularization of the construction of enterprise information, how to deal with the IT service management, how to use IT resources rationally, how to make the management and the maintenance of existing information system better, how to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system, and how to provide better services for the enterprises, all of these questions have been focused on. This paper will introduce the importance of the management of IT services, the concept of ITIL and the situation by using. And More??the IT service management model based on ITIL will be discussed.
