Dense medium coal preparation is the main coal preparation method at present and the main direction of coal preparation development in the future,and medium consumption is an important index for the management of dense medium coal preparation plant.In view of the problems of frequent medium addition,high labor intensity and large medium loss in dense medium coal preparation,the establishment of automatic medium feeding system in coal preparation plant is proposed through analysis and research.Through the formulation of control strategy,equipment selection and process selection,the automatic control from the medium preparation to the medium adding is realized,the labor intensity of workers is reduced,the medium density is accurately controlled,and the medium loss is reduced,which lays a solid foundation for the intellectualization of coal preparation plant.
