Abstract:Fully mechanized coal mining automation system is the development demand of digitalization,intelligence,informatization and automation of coal mine production,and it is also the only way to realize staff reduction and efficiency increase.In order to explore the application mode of automatic mining in thick coal seam,and in line with the principle of reducing staff and improving efficiency,the“three posts in one”centralized control system,automatic coal cutting by shearer and automatic pulling support with machinery-tracked in Daliuta coal mine are studied.Based on the current situation and solution of centralized control system,the application mode of automatic coal cutting system and hydraulic support automatic follow-up system is analyzed from the aspects of equipment selection,working principle and parameter setting.The application of fully mechanized mining automation system has realized the goal of reducing staff and improving efficiency,and saved production cost,which can provide certain reference for the automatic mining of thick coal seam in other mines.
