从文化认同视角审视香港发展机遇与应对策略

从粤港澳大湾区来看，支持香港繁荣稳定发展是重要使命，从香港来看，融入湾区发展是重要历史机遇。从现象上看，要解决香港的住房需求、产业转型、社会矛盾等核心问题，需要提供新的发展空间，在湾区建设若干重大空间平台，而要发挥这些平台的作用，要在制度上不断突破，促进香港与湾区内部的要素自由流动。但实际上，若没有彼此双方的文化认同，重大平台与制度创新都无法发挥真正价值，因此，文化认同才是实现香港融入湾区发展重大机遇的根本策略。

Examining Hong Kong's Development Opportunities and Coping Strategies from the Perspective of Cultural Identity

It is an important mission of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area to support prosperity and the stable development of Hong Kong. In return, integration into the development of the Bay Area is a historical opportunity to Hong Kong. It is necessary to build several great spatial platforms in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area to provide new development spaces for solving core problems of Hong Kong, such as housing demand, industrial transformation and social contradiction. Continuous institutional breakthroughs, and the promotion of free flows of elements between Hong Kong and the Great Bay Area, are needed to develop the function of these platforms. In fact, it would not be possible for these key platforms and institutional innovations to develop without recognition of the value of shared cultural identity between Hong Kong and the Great Bay Area. Therefore, cultural identity is the fundamental strategy for integrated development of Hong Kong with the Great Bay Area.
