矿山刮板输送机链条张紧力检测系统研究

摘    要:针对当前矿山刮板输送机链条张力检测系统检测精度差、系统易损坏、功耗过大等问题,设计新型张力检测系统。该系统通过无线电磁信号传输,安装在中板与刮板内部。张力采集装置获得刮板上的张力信息,发送给安装在中板上的数据接收装置,最后传至LCD显示器或上位机,实现刮板链条张力的动态检测。开展仿真模拟并进行现场验证,结果表明,该系统可以实现数据有效传输,节约功率消耗,对张力的检测效果良好。

Abstract:in view of the problems of the current mine scraper conveyor chain tension detection system,such as poor detection accuracy,easy to damage and excessive power consumption,a new tension detection system is designed.The system is transmitted by wireless electromagnetic signal and installed in the middle plate and scraper.The tension collection device obtains the tension information on the scraper,sends it to the data receiving device installed on the middle plate,and finally transmits it to the LCD display or upper computer to realize the dynamic detection of scraper chain tension.The results show that the system can achieve effective data transmission,save power consumption,and has a good effect on tension detection.
