液压支架活塞组合密封圈密封性能的有限元分析

摘    要:文中将密封圈分别定义在静止(静密封)和直线运动(动密封)状态下,应用有限元数值分析的方法研究介质压力、压缩率、摩擦系数和密封副配合间隙等因素对密封体应力场的作用,从得到的最大接触应力、最大剪切应力和最大Von Mises应力等指标来分析研究它们对密封性能的影响。根据分析结果选择影响因素的一组最优值摩擦系数μ=0.1、压缩率ε=8.5%、密封副配合间隙s=2mm,进行有限元分析对比。最后,对液压缸活塞组合密封圈进行结构优化,通过分析得到其最简单的结构尺寸。

Abstract:in this paper,we will seal were defined in a stationary(static seal)and linear motion(dynamic seal)state,the application of the method of finite element numerical analysis research on medium pressure,compression ratio,friction coefficient and fitting clearance seal on the seal body stress field,from the maximum contact stress and maximum shear stress and the maximum Von Mises stress such as index to analysis and study their effect on the sealing performance.According to the analysis results,the optimal values of friction coefficient(friction coefficient)=0.1,compression ratio=8.5%,and fitting gap s=2mm were selected for finite element analysis and comparison.Finally,the structure of the hydraulic cylinder piston combination sealing ring is optimized,and the simplest structure size is obtained through analysis.
