摘    要:为避免行星齿轮系统工作过程中出现共振现象,应用动力学理论研究了行星齿轮系统的动态特性.文中应用拉格朗日方法建立了行星齿轮系统的扭转振动力学模型,推导了系统动态特性对设计参数的灵敏度计算公式,并基于灵敏度分析给出了改善其动态特性的动力学修改方法,为行星齿轮系统的改进设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:With a view to overcome the resonance in the planetary gears transmission,the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gears were investigated with dynamic method.A torsion vibration mechanical model was established based on Lagrange method,and the sensitivity expressions of the design parameters was deduced.In addition,dynamic modification method was proposed based on sensitivity analysis.The results can be referenced theoretically in the planetary gears optimization.
